The Nosh

U Grill Rather than a conventional menu, the U Grill offers four colorful wall panels that amount to an illustrated course in assembling your Mongolian meal. After the tutorial, you're given a bowl to fill as high as you dare with noodles and vegetables. Then your choice of six different meats or tofu is stir-fried with the veggies and noodles and served on a platter with white or brown rice. Finally, select one of six sauces to drizzle on top, add peanuts and sesame seeds to taste, and you're ready to eat. Comparable in price and service to traditional fast-food outlets, this tiny restaurant on Aurora is a great healthy alternative. KIMBERLY PETERSON 15221 Aurora Ave. N., 206-365-1018 SHORELINE
