Hot, Lukewarm or Freezer-Burned, With Kamala Saxton

Each week we ask a pro what’s hot, lukewarm and freezer-burned in the food world. This week’s guest: Kamala Saxton, owner of Marination Mobile, Marination Station and Marination ma kai.

Hot: Ethnic breakfasts. Lebanese breakfasts are my new favorite thing—labneh, mannish, hummus—can’t stop, won’t stop.

Lukewarm: Coconut water.

Freezer-burned: Chicken feet. Unless you’re having authentic dim sum in the ID, let’s leave this one alone.
