The wildly anticipated Cajun & Creole eatery from Where Ya At Matt’s Matthew Lewis officially launched yesterday in the former Buckaroo Tavern space at 4201 Fremont Ave N. Expect brunch to start up in a few weeks, but hours for now are 5:00 pm to 2:00 am. You can check out Roux’s menu, ranging from $4 cheesy grits to a $50 40 oz. Porterhouse, over here.
