1. Capitol Cider is readying an upstairs bottle shop, reports Capitol Hill Seattle. You can currently buy bottles from the restaurant/bar’s extensive list, but soon you’ll be able to browse the offerings yourself.

2. The Seattle Public Library is launching an Edible Garden Series beginning in April. Workshops will cover topics like edible gardening, food advocacy, and sustainability at various branches around town. The free workshops kick off on April 5 at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Visitor Center and run through May 17.

3. Wallingford’s Satay restaurant will be home to Marcella’s Juice and Pastry on weekend mornings from 8 to 11 AM beginning March 22. Baker and health food aficionado Tracy Marcella will sell a small selection of organic, made-to-order juices and a rotating selection of breakfast pastries like croissants, bacon-cheddar scones, and cinnamon brioche rolls, plus French macarons.

4. Trouble sleeping? Try drinking a non-alcoholic beer before bed, which Life Hacker says may help you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. That is, until you have to get up to use the bathroom.
