According to a statement issued by Bellevue Police (included below), Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is being investigated for what’s being described as an alleged assault and act of property damage. Police say the incident, which reportedly occurred early Sunday morning at a downtown Bellevue apartment, does not involve domestic violence or assault, and Lynch has not been arrested. In fact, police note that they have yet to verify “whether or not Mr. Lynch was in fact involved” - so it’s very early.
He scored two touchdowns, one for 15 yards early in the second quarter.
