A Northwest native alliance fights dirty energy's threat to their treaty rights.

The Northwest has, unfortunately, become a prospective hotspot for oil and coal companies looking to route their cargo to foreign markets. If some of the plans for B.C. and Washington come to fruition, the region will become one of the biggest hubs for dirty energy companies in North America. At Cherry Point, however, tribes are attempting to fight back with their treaty rights:
