Platinum-selling rapper Drake has a question for you, Washington: Would you like a tour? After a two-month postponement, attributed to what he calls “an intense rehearsal schedule and technical production requirements,” the Toronto-based artist has finally landed in the Northwest, touring behind Nothing Was the Same, his third release (and third #1) in as many years. In this short time, Drake has established himself as one of rap’s biggest names—and most divisive figures, accused of being “soft” (remember the panties episode?) and too goofy. But at this point, the withering criticisms have turned cliché, and Drizzy is more than content to let his success argue for him. This he backs up in “Started From the Bottom,” when he sings: “We don’t like to do too much explainin’/Story stayed the same, I never changed it.” With Future, Miguel. Tacoma Dome. 7 p.m. $49.75–$99.75. CR
